Javier Cruz has been teaching at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School for the last 5 years. He teaches Pre-Algebra, Algebra and Principles of Engineering. He has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Marketing from Florida State University where he also competed for the Seminoles in Cross Country and Track and Field.
About the course:
This Fall’s course focuses on Probability, a mathematical concept that has both practical relevance and important mathematical applications. The course will teach probability while exploring many real-world applications from finance to decision-making to poker.
NOTE: The course will be hosted via Zoom and will be held on the dates and times below in EASTERN TIME (ET). As the course is virtual, students do not have to be based in Miami to enroll.
